Things pastors usually ask.
What happens after the 30-day free trial?
You'll only be charged when you choose to subscribe. There's no credit card required to start the trial, and we'll send you a reminder a few days before it ends. If you don't want to continue, your account quietly pauses — no surprise charges, no awkward call to cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of your billing cycle. Annual plans can be cancelled at any point, and you keep your access through the period you've paid for.
Do I have to start with the free test?
Not at all. The free test exists for anyone — individuals or churches — who want a no-strings way to see what YourTeam does. If you're ready to set up your church on Day 1, head straight to the 30-day trial of Connect or Pro.
What if my church is on Planning Center already?
Even better. The Pro plan includes a direct Planning Center integration — connect your account once, and every assessment result flows straight into your People database as a note on each person's profile. Volunteers who aren't in your database yet are created automatically. YourTeam handles the assessment and matching; Planning Center stays your system of record. If your church runs on a different ChMS, reach out and we'll prioritize the integrations our customers care about.
Is there a nonprofit or small-church discount?
The Connect tier is already priced to be accessible for any size church. For Enterprise, every quote is custom, so we can discuss what works for your context.
